How can I check my Benefits? If you have questions about your coverage, our front desk is here to help. Or you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and speak directly with your insurance company.
What is the cost without insurance? Your ongoing price per session will be set based on the level of expertise of the therapist as well as any necessary equipment costs for treatment. For more information, please contact our front desk.
What if I want to stay within my insurance network? If we're unable to accept your insurance, we would recommend checking directly with your insurance company for a list of in-network providers. A list of their in-network providers is often posted on their websites.
How do I use my Out-of-Network benefits? We will provide you with an invoice known as a "Superbill," which you can submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits. You are responsible for paying the full cost of services to us at the time of service, and the insurance company may reimburse you directly with a check.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards (Health Savings), and FSA cards (Flex spending). We also accept CareCredit. We do require a card to be on file in our system prior to the first appointment and this will be automatically billed on the day of your appointments. We do not accept cash, check, or cryptocurrency.
What is your cancellation policy? We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee if you do not cancel your appointment at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please contact the front desk as soon as you know you won't be able to keep your appointment.
Do you accept Medicaid? Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid and are unable to see clients who have Medicaid due to state and federal regulations. For more information, visit our Resources page.
